3-on-1 Training
Three-on-one training develops a unique strategic component of the game. A group of three will commit to a three-month timeline that will develop specific parts of triangular three-point play. The ideal three-child team of three will consist of three players who play the same position, adjacent positions like Strikers and Center midfielders, or three players who play the same function on a team (front attackers, midfielders, defenders).
For this training people need to commit to months of either weekly training or every other week training. All players will get an individualized report, group based goals, parent updates once a month, and homework for children to grow skill-sets at home.
Group Based Training / Team Training
Youth Development in the United States is considerably behind Latin American and European soccer. US-based players practice about half the time that other countries practice and the US-based curriculum from Club teams is often lacking the strategic team-based development. Therefore, coach Nacho will offer teams the opportunity to develop together by providing additional training that the team lacks. Coach Nacho will assess the team by watching parent provided film, Address the top five needs over a 3-month period, offer a team benchmarking report, developmental goals, and additional team-based parent updates.
Groups and team will have the option of choosing 3 months with weekly training, or 3 months with training every other week.
